Marsha Eatery is a must try cafe, been here a couple times now and it never disappoints. Had the truffle eggs and mango coconut pudding which was so light, and fresh. Had a table outside which is always busy with people coming and going. You can order to collect as well, which makes it easier if you’re in a hurry. Would recommend this for anyone looking to have some great food and service!! Thanks guys and see you soon

Mataya. Eatery is a very nice place with a lot of comfortable tables. You can just sit and order from your table. It was quickly and very convenient. The food was good, but the coffee foam wasn’t consistent. But the taste was amazing.

Went here for a Saturday morning breakfast. Staff weee friendly and the menu had some great options. We sat outside on stools and a cool make-shift table. We’re ordered a hollandaise croissant and a savoury crepe. Both were good serving sizes for the price. The croissant was delicious. The crepe was nice, but I felt it would have been better with some kind of sauce? There is a relish on the menu, but I didn’t order that. The coffee was fantastic. Very good quality.

Mataya Eatery: Review after two visits We have been wanting to go to Mataya for a while, and it finally happened last week (twice) While the cafe/eatery offers outdoor as well as indoor seating, and they have extended the seating area inside by adding Nobu (for events and parties), the place has the warm and friendly vibe of a small, next door cafe. The place always has some people enjoying their food, talking to the staff and just having a good time. So for vibe, it’s a 5/5 A little away from the ‘foreshore action’ and manages to attract just the right kind of crowd. Now let’s talk food. We ordered: 1. Cappuccino: Make with care and precision, it was balanced and delicious. 4.5/5 2. Mocha: Also quite balanced. Not too sweet. 4/5 3. Matcha iced latte: Wife says it’s the best matcha in Mandurah so far, so definitely great. 4.5/5 4. Scrambled eggs on toast: Good flavours, but the eggs were a bit over and the toast was slightly burnt. 3/5 5. Salmon pretzel: Love a salmon bagel and this was better, because pretzel beats bagel 4/5 All in all, they are doing some great food and drinks. Better than most places. Service was prompt and polite as well. No complaints there. 4/5 Overall, it is a great place! Look forward to going back soon.

I visited Mataya Eatery on a Saturday morning and instantly felt the positive buzz. The coral-tone décor and leafy courtyard create a tropical oasis vibe that’s perfect for brunch. I ordered the acai bowl topped with coconut granola and fresh berries—it was vibrant, healthy, and satisfying. The coffee was bright, smooth, and paired beautifully. What stood out most was the warm, genuine service; the staff took care with every detail, even the way they plated our food. This place has a real neighbourhood feel but with thoughtful touches that make it stand out.

Such a beautiful little spot! We had the waffles and french toast, would recommend. Coffee was also really good. I returned the next day for the biscoff acai bowl - definitely one of the best acai bowls that I have had. The girls who work there are friendly and service was great.

Trendy little spot. Over rated in google and over priced for what you get. 19bucks for one egg and two pieces of bacon in a croissant with a couple of leaves was a bit of surprising. Two eggs must mate. Oh they charge for an extra egg so make sure you know that only one egg will be served that is not written in the menu. Anyway, enjoyed the brekky. Thank you, coffee was great though.
